Automotive Engineering Technology

1. General Objectives

The undergraduate training program in Automotive Engineering Technology of the University of Economics – Technology for Industries is developed with an application-oriented approach, aiming to train students who possess good political qualities, ethics, and health; solid professional knowledge and occupational skills to analyze, design, and solve issues related to the automotive field; the capacity to research and apply new scientific and technological advancements to meet the demands of the domestic and international labor markets; clear career orientation, innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, English communication skills, compliance with professional responsibilities and ethics; and the ability for self-learning to adapt to the development of science and technology.

2. Specific Objectives

PO1: Apply fundamental knowledge of natural sciences, social sciences, politics, law, and critical thinking skills to solve problems in the automotive field in enterprises, organizations, and institutions.

PO2: Demonstrate personal skills, professional qualities, and a clear career development orientation; system thinking, innovative and entrepreneurial thinking to adapt to the Fourth Industrial Revolution and international integration.

PO3: Demonstrate teamwork skills, the ability to work independently; effective communication; self-learning ability; participate in lifelong learning opportunities and continuously update new trends and technologies in the automotive field.

PO4: Develop the ability to generate ideas, design, implement and operate, repair, maintain, and inspect and evaluate automotive systems to meet the context of national industrialization, modernization, and international integration.
