In the context of rapid digital transformation, enterprises have a large and urgent demand for recruiting specialists with in-depth skills in system administration, computer networks, and information security. These are key positions that play a crucial role in ensuring a robust technological infrastructure for enterprise operations and development in the digital era. In practice, candidates who are equipped with practical knowledge from leading technology companies or who possess reputable professional certifications always have a distinct advantage in the recruitment process—not only opening up many attractive job opportunities but also paving the way toward positions with high income levels. Therefore, equipping students with practical knowledge, advanced professional skills, and sound career-oriented thinking is extremely important, enabling them to be ready to adapt and meet job requirements immediately after graduation.
These remarks reflect Dr. Nguyen Hoang Chien’s deep concern for the training and development of human resources in the field of network administration and systems. He emphasized the need for network engineers who are not only solid in professional knowledge but also flexible, creative, and capable of rapidly adapting to technological changes. Accordingly, the training and enhancement of skills for students majoring in network administration and systems have become increasingly urgent. At the same time, he underscored the importance of cooperation between universities and enterprises in improving educational quality and meeting the practical needs of society.
